The General Conference delegation from our North Texas Conference wants to share with us and hear from us as they prepare to represent us at the 2016 “Therefore, Go!” General Conference, May 10-20. They invite you to attend a listening session before they leave for Portland. So they invite you to join them on Sunday afternoon, April 3rd, from 3:00-5:00pm, at First UMC Rockwall, 1200 E. Yellow Jacket Ln., Rockwall, TX 75087. After their presentation, you will have an opportunity to share your hopes and concerns regarding the future of The United Methodist Church.

Todd Marsh, our Lay Leader (and Member to Annual Conference) is already committed to attending. You may carpool with him by leaving our church parking lot at 2:00pm.
