A big thank you to everyone who helped with the Mission Run for the Son and our Country Day apple dumplings’ sale. Both events were a huge success. We had about 60 runners and walkers this year to start out our eventful day. We followed up by selling over 200 apple dumplings.  None of this would have been possible without faithful volunteers –painting the run/walk route, bringing snacks, picking up T-shirts, stuffing SWAG bags, sponsoring the run, making and distributing signs, preparing and baking the apple dumplings, setting up our booth, selling the dumplings, and of course, clean up duty. We are fortunate to have so many members who enjoy being a part of our biggest mission day of the year.                                                                                  Debbie Gallagher
