The Church Library is going into storage because the Library area continues to be plagued by water leaks. There are still unanswered questions about the cause(s), so time will be required to determine what’s the ‘best fix’.

The childrens’ and teen materials were boxed are now in the Resource Room in the Family Life Center, along with some material that has never been cataloged.

The adult collection will be moved soon, but if Sunday School class leaders or teachers are interested in a long-term ‘check-out’ of a few well-chosen reference books to assist with class study, please let me know. Examples might include a Bible Dictionary, books about places in the Bible, small commentaries on books or sections of the Bible, or books about Jesus or St. Paul. Please contact me if you would like time to peruse the adult Library collection in the next couple of weeks or check with me on Sundays, before or after worship time.

There will be 2 small rotating book shelves in the Library where some books will be retained for as long as possible for check outs.

The Library’s future is uncertain, but we’re not giving-up on Katie’s Library just yet.
