Message from Do Something Campaign
 
As Keva mentioned on Sunday we are continuing our “Do Something” campaign throughout the year. I love this because the Lenten campaign always ignites our church and helps to reach others in need. We have helped so many organizations and people during this outreach. Currently our Children’s Enrichment Program (CEP) is in need. Due to Covid our enrollment is down. Many parents are working from home and not enrolling their children in daycare or preschool. Currently we have five preschoolers and five students in our virtual learning program. We are trying to enroll more students, but until we do we will need funds to be able to keep operating. I sincerely hope that you will consider a donation to CEP.  Our CEP director, Cherrill Foster, is doing a wonderful job with the children and we want to be able to keep this church ministry going. When we hired her we could never have imagined a pandemic of this proportion. Please prayerfully consider helping.
 
If you would like to help you can mail a check to the church at PO Box 187, Cedar Hill, TX 75106. Make checks out to the church, but write in the memo CEP. You can also donate online from our website, http://www.1stch.org. Click on donate at the top right. You can use a credit/debit card or PayPal. Write in the “note” section it is for CEP.
