Due to the recent freezes, pipes burst in CEP 2. Floors, walls, and ceilings as well as plumbing were damaged and must be replaced. While primarily used as storage, the building is currently unusable. Your help to defray the expenses to make CEP 2 usable again would be greatly appreciated.
