The Staff Parish Relations Committee wants to invite you all to attend a send-off that is planned for the Garretts on June 24 after the church service, from 11:15-12:30. It will be a pot luck meal with a time for sharing and prayer for the Garretts. Meat (brisket) will be provided for the meal, and you can bring side dishes, deserts, and beverages to share.
The SPRC will meet with Dr. Keva Green at a luncheon after church July 1. You are all invited to an all church pot luck to welcome Keva to First Methodist Cedar Hill on July 8.
Jeff and Keva participated in a “passing the baton” event last month. See the photo. Let’s pray for the Garretts, Keva, and all the staff during this transition period.
